SARMs
In this category you’re going to get great content on everything I’ve learned around using SARMs over the past few years.
One of the big misconceptions around SARMs as they all work in a similar way. Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators, literally by their name, selectively modulate androgen receptors (basically mimicking testosterone to increase the body’s responses). But that’s not the whole story, and several of the main SARMs out there are not androgenic at all.
What I’ve learned about using SARMs is that the power is in stacking them. I started with natural bodybuilding supplements after I hit a plateau with natural bodybuilding. They got me up another level, but there’s only so much that natural substances can do.
I wasn’t prepared to do anabolic steroids, so SARMs seemed a good middle ground. They been in use for around 20 years in some cases, and yet there’s no evidence that they have any particular detrimental effects in the short to medium term, so in terms of risk profile, they are not that bad as long as you are sensible about dosage and recovery.
What I found with SARMs from my initial testing was that they did work. I used Ostarine to cut and maintain muscle, and it definitely worked better than I had achieve naturally. So I then tried a cutting stack, and the results were impressive.
Over the next year or so I put together a bulking stack and a strength stack, and I use those alongside the cutting stack to give me an all-round routine. That gave me a pretty good knowledge of SARMs, and I kept developing that knowledge by researching online, networking, and seeing how other people responded locally after I introduced them to SARMs. I think I’ve learned a lot, and I want to pass that knowledge on to you here.
I now do three stacks per year, each of 10-12 weeks, with usually an 8-10 week gap between cycles. At the start of the year I’ll do a cutting stack, then a strength stack, then a longer bulking stack. I find that gives me the best combination of physique, strength, and endurance, rather than just being an unfit muscle head, while still giving me plenty of breaks for my body to recover.
Anyway, what I’m going to do in this category is cover everything you need to know around using SARMs safely and successfully. I’ll tell you about my battles with SARMs, my expectations and the real-world results got, and how you have to work hard to get the most out of them. I will tell you about my routines, and tell you about how you can combo them with other supplements.
Plus, I’ll talk a lot about stacking SARMs, because the power is always in the stack. I’ll talk about doses, side effects, and keeping yourselves safe and aware of the side effects, especially the problems around long-term testosterone drop if you don’t do proper PCT.
